Arsenal Football : Thugs! Eduardo's Injury Is Really Bad

Another night of football comes.There I was setting up on the sofa and have some drink waiting for kick off and the so called "Football Expert" to shut up.

Ooh,yeah.I believe Arsenal can win this today.

Kick off and the game start.Arsenal control the ball well.It's the 2nd minutes,Eduardo got the ball and he skips past a defender and suddenly..he went down from a horrific tackle.I couldn't really see the tackle because it was from a different angle.

Eduardo's went down.Lying there.9 minutes was taken to take him out of the field with a stretcher and oxygen mask straight away to the hospital.How bad is it?Too bad that ESPN doesn't even wants to replay the tackle made.I do remember watching Djibrail Cisse breaks his leg,bend on one places and I have watched my friend fell down because of playing skate board in the hostel and twist his ankle.Really really twisted.

Whatever the outcomes is,I only prey that Eduardo's get well.Even if his career is threatened (a career ending injury) I only hope he get well first and get back to walking properly.His leg's condition is the first priority and not his readiness to get back on the field.

Now Arsenal only have 2 striker.Thanks Player Killer.

The one thing that is good about the match is that China shows Malaysia how reality is.
Our player look jaded and their coordination is well....not existed.

The match ends 5-1 to China.I left the stadium early with most of the supporter because watching Malaysia playing is a horrendous experience to anone.

We arrive early and join the fiesta of long queue for tickets and football frenzy.there was one group of Mat Salleh who come wearing the headband and scarf of our own Malaysian team.One of them was shouting "Malaysia Boleh" many times.First impression,this will be a memorable match for the Malaysian.

Memorable?Make it unpleasent.




Malaysia cant defend.They can't pass the ball properly.They cant stop the ball with their first touch.They cant continue with their style of playing long ball over the head because we are Malaysian,we are born smaller.We don't have the physical side of the game also.

But the coach thinks that we are too good and the team played that way.Long ball,over the top hoping that a flick by Hairuddin will reach a runner running behind the defender of China but there are no runners.

There were a lot of smaller teams that played football even if their size is still limiting the team.
Nearer to us,Thailand,Indonesia and the surprised package,Vietnam.they know their limitations.They play ball on the ground.Stroke the ball around and creating chances by doing the running so that opening can be created.But Malaysia play like dumb man playing football.


Fadzli Shaari and Shukor Adan can't work and Fadzli shouldn't be playing at first,because he wasnt playing at all.



The only Malaysia goal came by...playing the ball on the ground.A run by Shukor Adan and he pass it to Hairuddin Omar and he flick it to Indera Putra to score a peach of a goal.Out of the
6 goals scored,I think Malaysia goal is the best.But results count.results are needed.Fans demands results.

If we cant get the result we will demand a fighting spirit.It's better to go down fighting.
We will appreaciate if they show their hearts.

Better showing needed Malaysia.You can lose a match because it is expected but you cant lose your heart.

Last night,ESPN is showing again the replay of the Arsenal match against Man U at Emirates.As you all know,Arsenal won 2-1 thanks to V.persie and the Barca bound Thierry Henry.

The news that Henry will be leaving Arsenal is a sad one to hear.He's one of the greatest.Everybody will say that he's the greatest but for me he is the bridesmaid for Arsenal legend circa Wenger era,the great Dennis Bergkamp.

I wont write on comparing Dennis and Thierry but I just want to express out my feelings.Hopefully,I wont be too emotional.I am not sad..at all.Yes,I am not AT ALL SAD!!

Why?

Because I believe that every player like Henry is replaceable.Henry is no Bergkamp in vision and craft,Bergkamp is un replaceable. I believe that Arsenal have coped well without him during our last season.Forth place,one point behind Liverpool with a much2 younger squad.
If you follow all our games last season,the only games that Arsenal played like shit is versus Fulham.Against other lesser opposition,Arsenal played well,sometimes really well.But no goals scored.

Against the other big four teams,Arsenal only lost once to Peter Crouch hat trick at Liverpool.Won against Man U twice,draw against Chelsea twice. No Gallas most times,the game against Man U at Old Trafford - no Henry,at Emirates no Gilberto.Against Chelsea,no Gilberto.

If you watch the Carling Cup final,the way Chelsea already superstar were played around by Abou Diaby is stunning.This is all experienced player,Ballack and Lampard.Watching Chelsea celebrating winning the Carling Cup is a sign.A sign that the so called superstar of the world is pushed hard by a group of youngsters.Remember the time when no teams want the Carling Cup?

My opinion is that Henry leaves because of the boardroom saga,David Dein leaving.Not because of he wants to play with Ronaldinho and Lionel Messi.

I don't know how's the reception that he will get from the Barca players.From the fans,yeah they will welcome him.But from the playes I am not sure.Look back at what Henry said after the 2006 Champions League Final.How he said that Ronaldinho is nowhere to be seen.How Puyol don't like to play football but just want to take him to the ground.He even said the only Barca player who is good that night is Henrik Larsson.

Now he is going there to get his Champs League medal.That final in 2006 ,he have two chances to get the winners medal.One on one against Victor Valdes,he blew it all straight to the keeper.
Now he's moving to "the greener pastures" in Spain to play with the same team he criticize just a year ago .

Arsenal will welcome Emirates Stadium but they will miss Dennis more than they miss Vieira.

Dennis is a scared person.
He gets scared and he takes his own safety measure.

Once in flight,there were a hoax about bombs in the plane.He got scared and he promise

Then,in the 1998/99 season.During the FA Cup final (the season when Man Utd got their trebles) Dennis step up to take penalty in the last minute.He shot to the right of Peter Schmeichel and Schmeichel saved it.He promise himself that he will never take any penalties again.

He is the greatest Dutch player during his generations (De Boer bros,Cocu,Reiziger,Winter,Seedorf,Davids,Kluivert?).He is one of the best soccer player that have never won anything in the international level.Came close during france 98 and Euro 2000 in the
semi final,both losing on penalties.Came close during the Champions League final,he is too old to play.

People will talk about Zidane.Yes,Zidane is one of the greats.What Bergkamp lacks compared to Zidane is that he didn't won Champions League,World Cup and Euro Championships.As a player,I am sure Bergkamp and Zidane is on the same level.Bergkamp is one unlucky footballer that people will argue if he is one of the world best.

But he is lucky too.He is the second riches footballer (in England?) (after the international male model,David Beckham and Bergkamp wasn't modelling anything) and he has a HOT wife.

But,whatever people says,Dennis will still haunt Arsenal because he made Arsenal what Arsenal is today (Wenger too).Not even Henry.It will be strange after 10 years,Arsenal will be without Dennis Bergkamp.It will be odd watching Arsenal roll out into the pitch of the Emirates without Dennis.

Many names have been mentions as Bergkamp replacements for the new Dutch generations.Van Der Vaart,Robben,Van Persie.When will there be a "next Bergkamp"?

Nobody will replace him because most players won't be scared to board a flight and no other player can be called The Non-Flying Dutchman.That's one kind of player that will never have replacements.

So,he has really retired.
